Meeting Massari

One of Canada’s leading R&B artists was in town and Twyla not only had the opportunity to see him in concert and hear him perform his latest songs (including chart topping hits “Be Easy” and “Smile For Me”), but she went backstage and met Massari in person. Thanks to club owners, Tony and his wife, and DJ TJ, among all the staff at NRG / The Kingdom, their hospitality and generous reception towards Twyla left her feeling like royalty.

The next time you are watching TV and a commercial comes on, don’t you dare leave your seat! Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for Twyla as she will be appearing in yet another commercial starting this Thursday. We can’t give it away yet, but it sure is fun to vacation…and Twyla is no stranger to taking holidays. So keep your eyes on the screen and watch for her!

A Star With Lonestar

After selling over 10 million copies of seven albums, Twyla was fortunate enough to be up close and personal with this award-winning band, Lonestar, on Wednesday, August 17th in Barrie, Ontario. With the media right by her side, it was definitely a “star” struck night!

Summer Rush

Supporting the Ticats

Along with 29,032 people in attendance at Ivor Wynne Stadium, Twyla was one of those Tiger-Cat fans in support of the Hamilton CFL home opener game on Saturday, July 2nd. Although the Ticats put up a good fight losing to the Saskatchewan Roughriders 23-21, the team didn’t disappoint…including Twyla. Rest assured these Cats have nine lives! Go Ti-Cats go!
