It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s…it’s…Twyla! Yes, that’s right. To kick off Fire Safety Awareness Week, Twyla joined local firefighters and Duracell Canada at two different locations within the St. Catharines community. She participated with “men in uniform” to create awareness and promote the fire safety campaign. Thanks to the fire department, Twyla was harnessed, hoisted, and elevated high in the sky aboard the fire truck. Children and adults alike came from all over to see what was going on. And, for those who were not able to see with their own eyes, camera crew was right there to catch everything on tape. That’s one way of creating awareness! Way to go, Twyla! Way to go Duracell Canada and local firefighters for a job well done!
